Get caffeinated: Start the day with a Sneak, to help wake up and get energised for the day ahead. Sneak not only provides a boost of caffeine, but it can also serve as a ritual to mentally prepare for the day ahead. Take a few minutes to enjoy the morning, relax and prepare for the day.

Catch up on Emails: Take some time to go through my inbox, respond to any urgent messages, and prioritise the rest for later. Keeping on top of emails can help to minimise distractions and keep me organised throughout the day.

Arrange my task list in priority order: Having a clear task list is crucial for staying productive and focused. Review my task list and prioritise tasks based on their urgency and importance. This can help to ensure that I am working on the most important tasks first and creating a time later for less important tasks.

Support, add content, build, develop: These are general tasks that can be applied to various situations, but it’s important to understand what they specifically mean in the context of my work. I provide support to clients, this involves debugging, adding new content in some instances, and training clients to get the best from their site. I am working to build new projects, and develop new skills. These tasks can help to drive progress and growth.

There is a lunch in there too: Taking a break for lunch is important for recharging and refocusing for the rest of the day. Take a proper lunch break, step away from work and enjoy some downtime. This can help to prevent burnout and increase overall productivity in the long run.

The team mechanic –

Working together is one of the strongest features of any business, and that is one thing that really makes what we do seamless. I have worked in a great number of industries and I have never felt a more organised flow of work, from the idea to the final article.

We all play to our strengths and are there to lean on each other when there is any uncertainty in unfamiliar territory. Communication and patience are the key to a great team.

I can say I am part of the best team I have ever worked with.

Paudie gives me many reasons to be proud, but if I have to narrow this down to one thing, it will be my approach to support. While I have come a long way as a developer (and still learning), I pride myself on doing everything I can to help anyone and keeping communication as honest as possible when it comes to any query that passes through our support desk.

I don’t think anyone can say they are perfect, as we are always improving on ourselves, but I am proud of how far I have come in these short two years thanks to the Team here at Wibble.
