Making Wibble better
In 2022, Wibble started the people and culture initiative called “Making Wibble Better“. Our goal is to make Wibble the best web design studio in Ireland and a great place to work. We have put a number of initiatives in place to improve the work-life balance for our Wibblers.
Health, support and learning
Wibble are a living wage employer – we are proud to look after our staff in as many ways as we can. We provide healthcare through Vitality and have dedicated learning time each week.
Weekly fruit deliveries and a free-to-use Nespresso machine give the team a freedom to satisfy their needs.
Socially not awkward
As a team, we have regular nights out and events for the entire staff to enjoy as well as pizza deliveries and Friday breakfasts. It’s not all work, work, work.

Our team of Wibblers are an amazing group of people. They represent a range of beliefs and outlooks on life and this is a huge benefit to the day to day workings of Wibble.
We are socially & sustainably conscious
Making a conscious effort to be sustainable, our hosting servers are powered by 100% renewable energy meaning that all of our websites are carbon neutral. Locally, in our studio we have a clear recycling strategy to deal with waste, reinforcing our pursuit to be green.
Since Wibble was founded, we have always supported local charities including Womens Aid, KBRT, CCUC, Belfast Hills, The Rainbow Project, and Cancer Fund for Children among others in the form of donations or website support.
