For over 15 years, SLA Digital have worked with many of the world’s major mobile operators, to power mobile revenues through carrier billing and mobile identify. They are based in the UK and Malaysia and provide mobile solutions that deliver increases in their clients revenues. They have worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Google, Vodafone and Gameloft.
SLA Digital required their website to be redesigned, redeveloped and managed by Wibble. SLA digital were in the process of rebranding and needed a website to reflect that. The website was also showing its age and it needed an overhaul of the navigation and the introduction of new features throughout.
The site also needed improvements with responsiveness, accessibility, and site speed. All these things could be improved with the redesign and redevelopment of the website.
What we did
After receiving the newly refreshed brand from Part Two design, we began our research for the concepts. Looking at similar and competing companies as inspiration we began planning the wireframes for the site.
The site was completely redesigned from the ground up with emphasis placed on the new navigation, services, and hierarchy of information on each page. Using the new brand guidelines made the look of the site consistent with SLA Digital’s marketing materials, with the newly designed graphic elements playing front row and centre.
The site was built using WordPress CMS with Gutenburg block editor allowing the client to easily move custom blocks around on the backend depending on the page. Mailchimp was used for adding users to a newsletter. Contact forms where created to allow filtering of recipients depending on the choices made by the user. Blog and news filters where added, and a search was added to the site. Enquiry success (thank you) pages where also included in this new build. These where set as noindex pages so they would not be crawled by search engines such as Google.
