Background
Health Matters Training is a leading provider of health, safety and wellbeing training and qualifications across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain.
They approached Wibble to carry out a full review, web design , development, launch, and web hosting and WordPress management for this vitally important website.
The Problem
The previous site was simply not up to scratch and required a complete overhaul. Coupled with that, the company was going under a rebrand, and a part of this rebrand included a domain name change.
The previous WordPress site was built using a bought theme with very basic integration with their CRM Access Planit.
We were to integrate the new site with the latest version of the CRM’s API and this posed a number of issues as the documentation was lacking in how this approach would be carried out.
what we did
We really had to start from scratch, as the previous site did not provide any guidance or use to us. We worked with leading SEO company Code Fixer to create a technical SEO plan to address some key issues with the previous site and to prep for the domain name change.
We carried out an extensive UI / UX process to help create a web design project that has user flow and conversion at its core.
We had to do a huge amount of discovery and testing to build a fully bespoke API integration for their third-party CRM. As WordPress design and development experts and as a leading web design agency in Ireland, Wibble were correctly chosen to carry out this project.
This web design project was an exceptionally bespoke and custom design and build. We don’t use bought themes for custom work and our expertise in all things WordPress and API integrations really shone through on this enterprise level web project.
We worked with Code Fixer to manage all things DNS and domain migration to ensure that there was no detrimental impact on SERPs while we swapped over domains. We are one of the most trusted technical SEO design agencies in Ireland, and we don’t leave anything to chance.
The results
The new site is modern, accessible, fast, and built around the CRM integration with a focus on user conversion.
The new site is confident in its position and in its branding, with a bespoke API integration that future-proofs this website for years to come.
