Dervla Cosgrove

My role in Wibble is Support Agent/Developer. A typical day would include managing our ticketing system, which is where clients send through their requests/queries. I also look after the WSPs, running the updates on the sites and making sure they are running smoothly.

On the development side, it could stray from helping other developers who have a deadline approaching and need help with populating a site, creating static pages and various other tasks.

No two days in Wibble are the same, which is what I love most about working here!

It’s hard to pick just one!!

The wibblers themselves are great to work with, everyone is extremely helpful and no matter the simplicity or complexity of a question everyone is willing to help. The work/life balance is also great, having the opportunity to work from home. The snack area is also pretty great too! (Aisling did make me write this)
