My typical day here at Wibble usually starts off with a good morning from all the team and getting my desk prepped for the day ahead.

I firstly do my morning tickets and email checks from what has come through from the night before and ensure a quick response is sent through to update the clients on their requests. I also make sure that the correct tickets are assigned to the correct team members notifying them of the new or pending tickets and get updates on the progress of the completion of each ticket.

Once I am happy with checking through the tickets and emails my next goal in the day is to complete the daily WSPs for that day. For these I run through a back up of the site, I inspect all elements of each site, run through the updates of core, plugins and themes updates that are required for the site that month and finish this off with another close inspection to ensure each site is running as expected.

Through out my day I will keep a close check on incoming tickets monitoring the completion of each and ensuring our clients are kept updated through the day until both myself and the clients are happy to close off the tickets.

Being new to the Wibble team I find that I have a lot of things that I love about working here. However, my favourite thing would have to be working with such an amazing team! The understanding and guidance that everyone is willing to give so freely is something that I love the most about Wibble.

Working with a great group of people that are willing to to share their skills and knowledge with me gives a refreshing feeling to every work day.

My proudest moment here at Wibble would have to be getting the job and feeling trusted in the projects I am given every day. I didn’t think I would feel so comfortable and trusted in a role in this industry at such young age and so early into this field of work. I love getting to speak to people outside of work about my daily progress in the tasks that I get the opportunity to complete.
